The couple may wear the traditional Bhutanese Gho and Kira for the cultural session before changing into a wedding gown and suit for romantic photographs.

After breakfast, travel towards Punakha, stopping at beautiful Dochula Pass for a special mountain photography session.

Today is dedicated to romantic photography around the beautiful Punakha Valley.
Begin with an early morning photography session around Punakha Dzong, followed by selected locations such as the suspension bridge, riverside, traditional villages, rice fields and countryside.

After breakfast, begin the scenic journey towards Phobjikha Valley, also known as Gangtey Valley.
On arrival, enjoy a relaxed photography session overlooking the wide valley. Phobjikha offers open pastures, traditional Bhutanese buildings, forests and mountain scenery, giving the wedding album a completely different natural character from Thimphu and Punakha.

Wake early for a beautiful sunrise or misty-morning wedding photography session in Phobjikha Valley.
After breakfast, explore part of the Gangtey Nature Trail, which passes through pine forest, pastures and traditional rural scenery. Bhutan's official tourism information describes the trail as approximately four to five kilometres and particularly scenic.
For couples travelling in the colder months, Phobjikha is also famous as a winter habitat for the Black-necked Crane. Bhutan Tourism states that the cranes generally arrive from late October and remain through February.
After the photography session, begin the journey back towards Paro.

After an early breakfast, begin the hike towards Paro Taktsang (Tiger's Nest Monastery).
The monastery sits dramatically above Paro Valley, and reaching it involves a substantial uphill hike, so the couple should wear comfortable clothing and footwear while walking.
Wedding or couple photographs can be arranged at suitable scenic viewpoints, with the monastery and mountains forming the background, while respecting religious-site photography rules.
In the evening, return to Paro for a final golden-hour wedding photography session, followed by a special Bhutanese farewell dinner.
